As a Syrup Mixer, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and mixing syrup batches according to company recipes and standards. 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and mix ingredients according to specific recipes to create syrup batches.
  • Operate and maintain syrup mixing equipment and machinery.
  • Monitor the syrup production process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Perform routine quality checks and adjust ingredients as necessary to meet product specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of ingredient usage, batch numbers, and production quantities.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and storing ingredients.
  • Clean and sanitize mixing equipment and work area to maintain hygiene standards
?Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and production instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and adjusting ingredient quantities.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime.
