• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide knowledgeable advice.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing our service capabilities.
• Proven negotiation skills that contribute to successful client interactions.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools is beneficial.
